CARF launches the first issue of its Frontières newspaper: a space for engagement, thought and dialogue

The Arrupe Centre for Research and Training (CARF) is pleased to announce the publication
the first issue of his Journal Frontières, a space that is part of the dynamic of
critical thinking, intellectual dialogue and citizen action.
Title « Living the boundaries between humanity and the cosmos », this inaugural issue proposes a
mosaic of analyses, field experiments and cross-examinations on the issues that go through the
contemporary Congolese and African society. He gives the floor to everyone, beyond the
borders.

To the summary: a plea for democratic resistance by Father Toussaint Kafarhire;
a dive into Lubumbashi's literary creativity; a geopolitical reading of the fractures
Bukavu; and echoing CARF initiatives for more ethical governance, from mines to
social peace.
Borders is much more than a publication: it is a tool of awareness, training and
hope.

We invite you to read it, share it, discuss it. For what unites us are these
borders we choose to cross ... together.
