The book is a critical analysis of the effects of public policies inspired by international financial institutions on the living conditions of Congolese people.
Seraphin BAHARANYI NACIYIMBA is a Congolese researcher with more than 35 years of experience in banking, finance and geopolitical analysis. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Kinshasa.
