Presentation of English Training Certificates to CARF: a successful first session

The Centre Arrupe pour la Recherche et la Formation (CARF) organized, this Saturday, August 9, 2025, the official ceremony for the presentation of certificates to students who completed the first session
Training in English at CARF Language Learning Hub (CALLH).

This session, launched in April 2025, brought together young people, university students, professionals and researchers around an intensive programme to strengthen their language skills within a rigorous and inclusive framework.

The ceremony was held in a friendly and solemn atmosphere, in the presence of learners, trainers, and CARF staff. The highlight of the event was the presentation of the certificates by the Director General of CARF, Father Toussaint Kafarhire, S.J., who praised the participants' commitment and stressed the importance of mastering English as a lever of openness to the world.

Certified students expressed their satisfaction and motivation to continue their learning, some already considering academic or professional opportunities in English-speaking contexts. This training is more than just language learning: it is an invitation to interact with the world, broaden its horizons and build bridges between cultures. True to its vocation, the Centre Arrupe offers quality training, adapted to the needs of Congolese youth and the needs of the globalised world, and takes this opportunity to announce the continuation of the programme with a new session that opens on Monday, 11 August and extends until 11 September 2025
