TheCentre Arrupe pour la Recherche et la Formation (CARF)has the pleasure to announce the official presentation of the new encyclical« MagnificaHumanitas », which will take place on Friday 12 June 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00, at its premises in Lubumbashi.
This encyclical, whose title means «Beautiful Humanity» In Latin, offers a profound reflection on the dignity of the human person, social justice and Christian hope in the face of contemporary challenges: poverty, inequality, ecological crisis and the quest for meaning.
The conference will be moderated by Father Toussaint Kafarhire, S.J. , Director General of CARF, whose expertise in theology, political science and social ethics helps inform the major issues of our time.
Rendez-vous is given to all those who wish to deepen their understanding of the Church's social doctrine and its relevance in a world in profound change.
